PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Due to the long-term successful cooperation between the Prilika agency and the Croatian Chamber of Commerce from Otočac, we have been invited to the partner organization of the 6th regional Forum of family accommodation in the Lika-Karlovac region. We accepted the partnership, and it took place in the specific conditions of epidemiological regulations. The result was an organization of an online event whose live recording was in the premises of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce of the Karlovac County Chamber. As part of the partnership, the Agency organized an online broadcast on YouTube for all applicants, provided a photographer, graphic design of the event, public relations and communication with the media. Also, the Agency was given the opportunity to organize its panel, which was used for our media Lika Club to open the topic of tourism in 2021. Panel discussion “What about (corona) tourism in 2021?” received great interest from online, print and radio media. The event was hosted by RTL journalist Goran Latković.

PARTNER RECOMMENDATION (Date: 20.11.2020.)
TEXT: Croatian Chamber of Commerce – Otočac County Chamber in 2020 offered cooperation to Prilika Grupa in the organization of the Regional Forum of Family Accommodation Lika-Karlovac, the largest annual gathering of household accommodation providers – renters of Lika-Senj and Karlovac County. The offer for collaboration is based on the previous successful cooperation on the project International Conference “Women and Full Stop”. On top of that, it was established on the intention of the Prilika Group to profile itself in the direction of organizing quality business events – panel discussions, round tables, forums. Within the Forum, the Agency was given the opportunity to organize a working panel with representatives of the tourism sector of Karlovac and Lika-Senj counties who would talk about the challenges of networking to easily and quickly overcome the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic. An additional challenge was organizing the event online for the first time due to the coronavirus pandemic and current epidemiological regulations. Providers of catering services in households were able to follow the two panels via a link on the YT channel of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
Moreover, during the preparation of a working panel of the Lika Club portal on “What about (corona) tourism in 2021?” topic, the Agency communicated well with the media. Communication included the production of texts, graphic design and placement of information in national newsrooms. It contributed significant visibility of events and great interest of the portal to convey the conclusions of the Forum. Furthermore, the Agency professionally provided complete technical support for the live stream of the event. The entire event was professionally photographed. High-quality promotional photos were used on the same day from the venue.
