ABOUT THE PROJECT: The Agency administered the Facebook page “Visit Plitvice Lakes” daily, responded to comments and inquiries, and advised the client within digital channels for almost four years. The Facebook page had 400 fans at the beginning of the collaboration, while at the end, which was the beginning of the corona crisis, it had more than 37,000 fans. The development of the graphic design was also carried out by the Agency. The site was extremely successful in terms of fan engagement, and the Agency also promoted the hashtag #DiscoverPlitvice through all channels including Facebook. The collaboration also included field visits, photography of selected events and Facebook live.

Text: The Tourist Board of the Municipality of Plitvice Lakes has been cooperating with the agency PRiLIKA LIKE j.d.o.o. from Zagreb since January 2, 2017, on the implementation of marketing activities related to work on social networks (Facebook page, Instagram profile and Twitter profile), the media LIKACLUB.eu and communication with other media. During the two-year cooperation, we confirm that the Agency complies with all obligations specified in the Agreement. The seriousness and professionalism in the work of the Agency are visible in the increase in the number of followers and likes on the mentioned social networks. The number of visitors on the Facebook profile of the Tourist Board has increased from a few hundred to almost 30,000 in two years., The increase is recorded by the networks Instagram and Twitter, which did not exist before. The Agency submits a complete presentation and analysis of advertising results on social networks and other media in punctual monthly reports. We believe that good business and professional cooperation has been established between the Agency and TZO Plitvička Jezera, which we can recommend to all interested parties.
